We require a minimum of 3 working days’ notice for custom cakes. For peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Christmas, weddings), lead times may extend to 1-2 weeks.

Last-minute requests are not guaranteed and may incur a rush fee if accepted.

How must we store the cake?

Before serving:

Keep the cake in a cool room (18–20°C)
Do NOT refrigerate fondant cakes unless specifically instructed
Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and air-conditioning vents
If refrigeration is required (buttercream, fresh cream, or perishable fillings):Store in a sealed box in the fridge
Remove 2–3 hours before serving to prevent condensation
Transport:Place the cake on a flat surface in your vehicle (boot floor, not a seat)
Drive slowly — turns, braking, and heat damage cakes, not the baker.
Once the cake leaves our premises, you are responsible for storage, transport, and handling.
